We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of being received (Monday - Friday).

  • Free delivery when you spend over £40.

  • Standard delivery takes 2 - 3 working days.

  • Orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day.


    We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your country and view the options available to you, if your country is not available please contact us. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Overseas items are sent via Royal Mail's overseas services.

    All orders are sent via International Tracked & Signed. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.


    We really hope you love your MAiK products, but if, for any reason, you would like to return your order, you can send it back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. If 28 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

          • Please return your item, securely wrapped and packaged, with the dispatch note - please let us know what items you would like to return and why.
          • The label on your despatch note has the return address but the customer must pay for the return postage.

          • We do not accept or process returns that are sent to our studio address in Edinburgh.

    All items including their original packaging must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition with all the tags and labels intact.

    For all returns and refunds please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
