    HOW DO I WASH MY SOCKS

    We recommend that you washing your socks inside out at a temperature of 30℃.

    Do not iron or tumble dry. 

     



      ORDERS

      I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, CAN I CHANGE IT?

      We try to pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible, sometimes the order is packed and dispatched immediately. Because of this it makes it hard to change your order. 

      We will however always try to help, so please contact us and we will do our best to help you. 

      I'VE PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS.


      Because we pack and dispatch your orders as soon as we can, it is often too late to change the shipping address. 
       
      Please contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to help you. 

      I'VE PLACED AND ORDER BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. 

      You should receive your confirmation email straight away but sometime it can slip into your junk folder. Please contact us and we can check that everything is ok with your order and resend the confirmation email. 



      CAN I EXCHANGE OR REFUND AND ITEM?

      We really hope you love your MAiK products, but if, for any reason, you would like to return your order, you can send it back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. If 28 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


            • Please let us know that you are returning your order via email: info@maiklondon.com
            • Please return your item, securely wrapped and packaged, with the dispatch note - please let us know what items you would like to return and why.
            • The label on your despatch note has the return address but the customer must pay for the return postage.
            • For online orders please return to: MAiK c/o Commands, Unit 9, Bleasdale Court, Clydebank, G81 2LE
            • We do not accept or process returns that are sent to our studio address in Edinburgh.

      All items including their original packaging must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition. For all returns and refunds please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery.




      REFUNDS

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
